Given that your other folders have been updated in the last couple of days, it would be strange if the game weren't reading this folder when it loaded, but it's still worth checking to make sure. I took another screenshot and looked over it and it appears I can't scroll down any further and there are no more files after the WorldCaches. Is there anything that can be done about this or is this not supposed to happen?

You must have one somewhere though. In the left sidebar of a File Explorer window, click on This PC, then in the upper right corner of the window, type "deviceconfig" without quotes.
