I loaded up anemone with a theme in the right directory, but it shows up as miscellaneous? I clicked it and hit preview, then apply and no new changes? Which beta are you running? Anyone experiencing the same issues? I tried out around a number of themes and only a few worked fine Insight, Muffin, and Sushi. The more complex themes crash my springboard and then Anemone will also crash until I somehow fix it by getting rid of the theme.

In this sbinject folder, there doesnt seem to be any anemone files in there, not letting me install themes onto my phone. How can I get those files back? When I try to open the application it just crashes.
You need to re do the jailbreak with Electra each time you reboot or respring your iOS device to get anemone up and running. Mint 2 is a bad theme file. I compatibles most likely.
